Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for public sector clients aligned with company objectives.
• Build and manage a high-performing business development team capable of executing sales and client service initiatives.
• Lead development and implementation of strategic market and client plans that leverage the company’s offerings in the public sector.
• Recommend and implement sales strategies based on market research, regulatory drivers, and competitor analyses.
• Collaborate across the organization and manage budgets to achieve the targeted cost of sales.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and client-centricity within the team.
