Milan Laser Hair Removal in Denver, CO is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support operations at our 400+ clinics nationwide. This full-time, salaried role leads client consultations, drives revenue through personalized treatment plans, and ensures a seamless client experience while traveling.

You will manage a small team, close sales, and promote treatment packages across locations. Must travel 100% and live near a major airport with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexibility for changing schedules
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics
• Coach and mentor a team of 2-5 employees to drive performance and maintain a positive, high-energy culture
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, systems usage, and performance tracking
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers.
