Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support operations across 400+ clinics. You will lead client consultations, drive revenue, and mentor a small team while traveling nationwide to cover locations and ensure a premier client experience.

Candidates must have 2+ years in a commission-driven sales role, a proven sales record, and willingness to travel 100%. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Comprehensive benefits and 401(k) offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance.
• Foster client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates.
