Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support 400+ clinics nationwide from Bangor, ME. The role combines operations leadership with sales, driving revenue through personalized treatment plans while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

You will travel extensively to clinics, lead consultations, and mentor a small team, shaping growth and service standards across the network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coach and mentor a team of 2-5 employees to drive performance.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates.
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and performance tracking.
• After training, support onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers.
