Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support operations across 400+ clinics nationwide. You will lead client consultations, drive revenue through personalized treatment plans, and supervise clinic teams while ensuring a seamless client experience.

This role requires extensive travel and a passion for growth within a national organization. Based out of New London, CT, candidates must reside near a major airport and be ready for a 100% travel schedule with uncapped

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2–5 employees)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
• Comfortable using computer systems and sales software

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and performance tracking
