Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager based near Dayton, OH, to lead sales and operations across 400+ clinics. You will travel nationwide, supervise a small team, coach staff, and drive revenue through personalized treatment plans and strong client relationships.

The role requires a track record in commission-based sales, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to new locations and teams while maintaining superior client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth
• Coach and mentor a team of 2-5 employees to drive performance and maintain a positive culture
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, systems usage, and performance tracking
• After completing training, assist onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers.
