Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site management/superintendent work with a proven track record
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, quality control, and safety protocols
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse teams
• Proficiency with project management tools and construction software including CAD

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on job sites in line with project plans and safety regulations
• Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules to meet milestones
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects and other professionals for smooth execution
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and environmental policies
• Manage client, subcontractor and local authority relationships professionally
• Provide regular project updates including progress, budget and risk assessments
