This traveling role will involve coordinating with Superintendents, documenting project issues, and ensuring that objectives align with operational plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least ten years of experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers a salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 along with flexible benefits such as medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of related experience or equivalent education/training.
• Must be able to travel 50%+ of the time.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Manager on assignments.
• Manage trade field assignments across projects.
• Oversee project schedules and ensure critical activities remain on track.
• Document field issues impacting budget or schedule.
• Provide oversight and guidance for the Superintendent/Foreman.
