Job summary

HQ AFRC seeks a seasoned manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee an Advanced Trauma Training Program across CONUS. You will ensure delivery of nationally accredited trauma courses, manage instructor and student activities, and maintain training records and compliance with requirements.

Responsibilities include developing calendars, coordinating schedules for about 2,500 students annually, and serving as the primary liaison with facilities, instructors, and the Government COR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience managing medical education or healthcare training programs.
• Experience coordinating multi-course training programs with multiple instructors and large student populations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare training administration and records management.
• Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports and maintaining training documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with military personnel, healthcare facilities, and government representatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to obtain installation access and satisfy Government security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee a comprehensive medical training program.
• Develop and maintain the annual master training calendar.
• Coordinate course schedules for approximately 2,500 students annually.
• Serve as liaison between Government COR, instructors, and training facilities.
• Coordinate student registration, onboarding, and orientation activities.
• Maintain attendance, certification, and completion records.
• Monitor instructor qualifications and certification documentation.
• Coordinate facilities, simulation labs, equipment, and logistics.
• Ensure course materials are available prior to each training event.
• Submit monthly training progress reports to the Government.
• Track program performance, scheduling changes, and throughput.
• Coordinate certification issuance upon course completion.
• Support quality assurance and accreditation compliance.
• Ensure performance complies with the PWS.
