HQ AFRC seeks a seasoned manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee an Advanced Trauma Training Program across CONUS. You will ensure delivery of nationally accredited trauma courses, manage instructor and student activities, and maintain training records and compliance with requirements.
Responsibilities include developing calendars, coordinating schedules for about 2,500 students annually, and serving as the primary liaison with facilities, instructors, and the Government COR.

Place of Performance:
Continental United States (CONUS). Training locations must be within 150 miles of an FAA-designated Primary Commercial Service Airport and conducted at an accredited civilian trauma center meeting the requirements of the solicitation.
Period of Performance:
August 31, 2026 – July 31, 2027.
The Advanced Trauma Training Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a comprehensive medical training program supporting the Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC). The Program Manager ensures the successful delivery of nationally accredited trauma and emergency medical courses, coordinates instructor and student activities, manages training schedules and records, and serves as the primary point of contact for program administration while ensuring compliance with all contractual and accreditation requirements.
