ACLC, LLC is seeking an experienced Medical Instructor to join SOCMID, focused on advanced medical procedures, trauma management, and prolonged casualty care for USAF Special Operations medics. Qualifications

  • EMT-P certification is required.
  • BLS-I certification is required.
  • ACLS-I certification is required.
  • PALS-I certification is required.
  • TCCC certification via NAEMT or DHA-JTS is required.
  • SO-ATP course certification required on onboarding.
  • Active secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing learning objectives and assessment tools.
  • Assist in creating and designing course content using Canvas.
  • Conduct small and large group instruction in didactic, field training, and trauma lanes.
  • Document formative evaluation during each instruction phase.
  • Assist in teaching new and affiliate instructors.
  • Prepare students and instructors to interface with training on new tools (software and hardware).
  • Utilize training simulations including mannequins and VR devices.
  • Develop and validate external organizations' learning objectives and CTLs.
  • Develop and validate SOI syllabi with lesson plans and evaluations.
