Job summary

WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems is seeking a National Training Specialist to design and deliver high-quality training across the organization in the U.S. and Canada. You will assess needs, co-develop curricula, and partner with regional leaders to align training with business goals and safety standards.

The role requires independent judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to travel 50–70%. Strong public speaking and LMS/Microsoft tools proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in commercial appliance repair, installation, or reconditioning.
• Independent judgement and discretion in developing, designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Comfort with public speaking to audiences of varying sizes.
• Ability to travel extensively (50 – 70%).
• Multilingual skills may be required for some regions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs including hands-on installation, commissioning and repair of commercial laundry appliances and related customer-service training.
• Develop and tailor training content by region; assess training needs and measure effectiveness.
• Coordinate Train-the-Trainer sessions and audits of branch sessions to ensure goals are met.
• Create interactive media assets; interpret OEM documentation for training materials.
• Collaborate with leaders to align training with organizational goals and safety practices.
