ProSource Land Services is seeking a National Director of Title Services to lead its national practice, combining advanced title expertise with project leadership. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with engineers, attorneys, and agency clients to resolve complex ownership histories and title gaps.

You will oversee research methodologies, staffing, and fee development, while expanding the aviation title capability nationally and across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in complex infrastructure title matters including ownership histories, easements, and land records.
• Ability to lead multi-state title projects with strong QA and defensible conclusions.
• Experience developing scopes, staffing plans, and fee estimates for proposals and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Title Services practice with accountability for quality, delivery, staffing and profitability.
• Develop defensible strategies for resolving complex land record issues across jurisdictions.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance while mentoring title professionals.
