Job summary

ProSource Technologies is seeking a National Director of Title Services to lead and grow a national title practice. The role demands high-level technical expertise, project leadership, and the ability to manage complex client engagements.

The candidate will oversee staffing, quality control, and business development, working with executives, engineers, and client teams. This is a senior, nationwide leadership position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Approximately 12+ years of title, land, right of way or real estate experience.
• Advanced knowledge of title abstracting, examination, chain-of-title research, easements and encumbrances.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise title professionals and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong project management with scope, schedule, budget and quality-control responsibility.
• Experience communicating technical title issues to non-specialist clients.
• Ability and willingness to travel as necessary to support projects and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead ProSource's national Title Services practice with accountability for quality, delivery, staffing, client satisfaction and profitability.
• Review complex title examinations, ownership histories, and related records.
• Develop defensible strategies for resolving incomplete or misindexed land records.
• Direct chain-of-title research and title investigations across multi-state projects.
• Provide technical leadership for airport title work and related property ownership documentation.
• Review and approve significant title reports and client deliverables.
• Mentor title staff and manage multi-county resources.
• Develop scopes of work, staffing plans, and fee estimates for proposals.
