Job summary

Galderma is seeking a National Thought Leader Engagement leader to develop and execute strategies that strengthen partnerships with key opinion leaders, emerging leaders, and influential customer sites.

The role acts as a bridge between external thought leaders and internal teams, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and global stakeholders to align plans with product launches and portfolio priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in aesthetics and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the National Thought Leader Engagement strategy aligned with brand priorities and product launches.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Education.
• Oversee advisory boards, congress engagements, and physician stakeholder relationships.
