Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Thought Leader Marketing Liaison to drive engagement with national KOLs and strengthen partnerships supporting our specialty dermatology portfolio in the United States. You will collaborate with US and global teams and external partners to deliver against key business objectives.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma, dermatology biologics experience, and strong strategic, cross-functional execution capabilities.

Qualifications

7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in field sales leadership, product marketing, or medical/clinical field-based roles.
Experience in dermatology/immunology biologic therapeutics.
Launch experience preferred.
Ability to travel >60%.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global matrix with cross-functional stakeholders.
Must work within label, regulatory and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities

Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs.
Develop and execute HCP engagement strategies to support advocacy for the brand.
Manage speaker bureau including training, compliance, and speaker management.
Plan and execute brand KOL activity and meetings at key conferences.
Manage regional sponsorship budgets, including recommendations and execution.
Coordinate conference and speaker contracting, training requirements with agencies.
Collaborate with HCP Marketing to develop advisory board strategy and attend boards.
