Job summary

Galderma seeks a Thought Leader Marketing Liaison to drive national engagement with thought leaders and manage payer relations for a first-in-class dermatology biologic. You will lead market access initiatives, implement pricing and reimbursement strategies, and coordinate with US and global teams to secure favorable formulary status.

You will engage payers, conduct economic modelling, and supervise regional advisory activities while traveling to meet key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma payer/account management or market access.
• Experience with payers, health plans, PBMs.
• Strong strategic influencing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–60% US-wide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional formulary coverage and reimbursement strategies.
• Drive value messaging and contract conversations with payer stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional market access activities and vendor partnerships.
• Train field partners on payer knowledge and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
