Job summary

Freese and Nichols seeks a National Technical Leader – Integrated Planning to guide three core practices across our locations. You will set technical direction for Urban Planning + Design, Water/Wastewater Master Planning, and Water Resources Planning, building standards, tools, and training to improve consistency and quality.

The role emphasizes collaboration with practice leaders, development of standards and training, and advancing innovation in design technology.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Experience developing standards, processes, and tools across a practice.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate technical direction across practice areas.
• Develop, maintain, and implement practice standards and tools.
• Coordinate quality leadership and reviews.
• Lead technical training and development pathways.
• Drive growth of Integrated Planning capabilities for local clients.
