Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks an experienced Manager/Director for the National Accounting for Income Taxes team. Lead engagements, mentor staff, and drive technical excellence across the tax function.

The role requires a CPA and 6+ years in tax within public accounting or professional services, with strong project leadership and client management skills. Travel is expected at 0–10% across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification).
• Experience in tax roles with public accounting/professional services preferred.
• Knowledge of FASB ASC 740 and IAS 12 preferred.
• ONESOURCE Tax Provision or similar software preferred.
• Background in corporate US tax compliance and US international tax concepts preferred.
• Management experience to plan, budget and manage teams across the country preferred.
• Experience mentoring and developing associates/seniors preferred.
