Job summary

CLA is seeking a Manager/Director for the National Accounting for Income Taxes team. You will guide engagement teams, drive the tax provision process, and manage client relationships across the country.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 6 years of experience, CPA, and deep ASC 740 / IAS 12 knowledge; ONESOURCE or similar tools experience is preferred. Travel is 0–10%, with strong growth in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience.
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA).
• Experience in tax role with public accounting or professional services firm.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 – Income Taxes.
• ONESOURCE Tax Provision or other similar provision software.
• Deep background in corporate US tax compliance.
• Management experience planning, budgeting, and leading teams nationwide.
• Experience mentoring associates/seniors.
