Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Manager/Director for the National Accounting for Income Taxes team in the United States. You will lead engagement teams, drive the global tax provision process, and manage client relationships with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a CPA and at least 6 years of relevant tax experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to operate across multiple offices. Travel is minimal, with 0%–10% anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance
• Minimum 6 years of relevant tax experience
• CPA required (EA/JD may be accepted in lieu)
• Experience in tax provision and corporate US/intl tax concepts preferred
• Experience mentoring and leading teams across the country preferred
