Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an experienced Manager/Director for the National Accounting for Income Taxes team in the United States. The role focuses on leading tax provision work, supervising engagement teams, and coordinating with specialists to deliver high-impact tax services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification).
• Experience serving in a tax role with public accounting and/or professional services firm preferred.
• Deep knowledge of FASB Subtopic ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 – Income Taxes preferred.
• ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP) or other similar provision software preferred.
• Deep background in corporate US tax compliance and a high-level understanding of US international tax concepts preferred.
• Management experience indicating organizational skills to plan, budget, and manage highly skilled teams across the country preferred.
• Experience mentoring and developing associates / seniors from a technical and career perspective preferred.
