Job summary

NCSY, a program of the Orthodox Union, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead the organization’s national recruiting pipeline for educators and leaders who shape the next generation of Jewish teens.

This role partners with senior leadership to set recruiting priorities, drive timelines, and ensure a mission-driven hiring process with strong candidate engagement and relationship-building across communities. The position includes travel and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success in proactively sourcing and closing candidates in competitive hiring environments.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent searches.
• Willingness to travel frequently for recruiting purposes.
• Familiarity with mission-driven or nonprofit organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for national and regional roles.
• Source candidates via networks, referrals, and campuses.
• Travel regularly to build relationships in key communities.
• Partner with leadership to align hiring with organizational priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics and keep pipelines healthy.
• Represent NCSY in recruiting spaces and events.
