Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the execution of remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the United States.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards. The role offers extensive travel, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to develop associates through coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders; manage timelines and budgets.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the US (up to 1000 miles from home).
