Job summary

Rice Lake Weighing Systems is seeking a National Service Customer Service Coordinator to support national service clients and dealers. The role involves coordinating dispatches, issuing quotes, and ensuring accurate billing while collaborating with Shipping, Accounting, Engineering and Sales teams to meet service demand.

The position requires an Associate Degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in business/customer service.
• Two+ years in customer service or inside support roles.
• Able to learn scale and weighing systems technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor national service dispatch orders and ensure timely scheduling.
• Enter service parts orders and RMAs accurately.
• Provide pricing quotes quickly and accurately to customers.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to plan service delivery and billing.
• Process completed tickets and ensure correct invoices and payments.
