Job summary

Rice Lake Weighing Systems is seeking a part-time Customer Service Coordinator in Rice Lake, WI to act as the central point of coordination between national customers, dealers, technicians, and internal teams. You will manage service requests from dispatch to completion, ensure accurate orders, and maintain a high level of customer care while collaborating with Sales, Shipping, Accounting, and Engineering.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
Two or more years of customer service or related experience.
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily service dispatches for national accounts and ensure requests are completed promptly.
Process service parts orders, RMAs, quotes, invoices, dealer payments, and credits with accuracy.
Provide professional phone and email support to national customers and dealers.
Troubleshoot issues and determine when internal resolution or dealer/technician dispatch is needed.
Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, Accounting, Technical Support, and Engineering on service plans.
Monitor orders, scheduling changes, and customer agreements to keep everyone informed.
