Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8-17 years of related experience.
• Professional Certification in AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA, or similar is recommended.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of planning and scheduling on assigned projects.
• Serve as scheduling expert for the Business Unit on advanced tasks.
• Recommend latest scheduling practices to Divisional management.
• Perform schedule cost loading for CPM schedules.
• Conduct schedule analysis and review variances across schedules.
• Mentor team members and train others in risk identification and mitigation.
