Job summary

Spyder Construction in the United States seeks a National Senior Project Manager to own complex projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role can be based in Littleton, CO or Dana Point, CA, with travel across both markets and a strong emphasis on schedule and budget control.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and 5–9 years in restoration/insurance/emergency response projects, plus proven financial acumen in budgeting, buyout, and margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5 to 9 years of experience in restoration, insurance claim, or emergency response projects.
• Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting, buyout, projections, and margin management.
• Willingness to travel and work across Colorado and California operations.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from pre-construction through closeout, delivered on time and on budget.
• Master schedules and 3-week look aheads with field teams.
• Manage financial performance across projects, including budgeting and margins.
• Lead client and stakeholder communication, including OAC meetings.
