National Senior Project Manager — Complex Restoration

Job summary

Spyder Construction is seeking a National Senior Project Manager to take ownership of our most complex projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role can be based out of our Littleton, CO or Dana Point, CA office, with travel across both markets.

You will oversee budgets, master schedules, and client communications while mentoring Project Managers and field staff. Hybrid field/office role with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5–9 years of experience, ideally in restoration, insurance claim, or emergency response projects.
• Demonstrated financial acumen in project budgeting, buyout, projections, and margin management.
• Willingness to travel across Colorado and California operations.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from pre-construction through closeout, delivered on time and on budget.
• Develop master schedules and 3-week look aheads with Superintendents and Foremen.
