Job summary

Spyder Construction is seeking a Project Director to own the client relationship and the technical estimate that drives project profitability. You will inspect the damage, scope the repair accurately, build defensible proposals, and manage that account from first call through project completion.

This hybrid role combines field inspections with desk-based estimating and scheduling, with regular Colorado travel to job sites and client locations.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Construction Management degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years construction project management experience, or 5-7 years field supervision as a Superintendent/Senior Superintendent.
• Working knowledge of CSI's 16 Divisions of Construction and/or Xactimate.
• Proven ability to build accurate estimates and proposals independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of leads through your own referral network and business development activity, taking full ownership of revenue targets.
• Conduct onsite inspections and translate findings into accurate, defendable repair scopes.
• Build complete, professional estimates and proposals that win work at margins that hold.
• Own the client relationship from first contact through project completion, including weekly communication and follow-up.
• Manage monthly pay applications and stay ahead of accounts receivable.
