Job summary

Spyder Construction in Colorado is seeking a Project Director who owns the client relationship and the technical estimate that drives profitability. You will inspect damage, scope repairs, build defensible proposals, and manage the account from first call to project completion in a hybrid field/office setting.

This role rewards system thinking, pipeline development, accurate estimates, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Construction Management degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years construction project management experience, or 5-7 years field supervision experience.
• Working knowledge of CSI's 16 Divisions of Construction and/or Xactimate.
• Proven ability to build accurate estimates and proposals independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of leads through your referral network and business development activity, owning revenue targets.
• Conduct onsite inspections and translate findings into a defensible scope of repair.
• Build complete estimates and proposals that protect margins.
• Own the client relationship from first contact to project completion with regular updates.
• Coordinate with project managers on subcontractor selection and mobilization.
• Maintain complete project documentation and CRM records.
