Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Project/Task Manager to oversee complex programs for our national security customers. This role bridges on-site client operations with off-site program execution, ensuring clear communication and disciplined document control across secure and unclassified environments.

The position requires 5+ years of related experience, MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency, and active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance; PMP is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science.
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
• Security clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
• PMP certification highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site liaison between client stakeholders and the PMO; capture, communicate and action requirements.
• Manage secure document/data transfers across classified and unclassified networks; ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate and track program milestones, upcoming releases, due dates, and acquisition needs.
• Document minutes and track actions to closure for meetings (virtual and on-site).
• Communicate complex information clearly to executives and non-technical audiences.
