Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead mission-critical Network Operations supporting the Navy. You will oversee large Navy IT programs, coordinate dispersed teams, and ensure compliance with FAR Part 52 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, PMP certification, and a Bachelor’s degree, with proven capability to manage complex requirements across multiple locations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience on large Navy IT or Cyber contracts valued at $50M+ annually.
• Managing 200+ FTEs across distributed locations.
• Active DoW Top Secret clearance.
• Current PMP certification.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams and complex program requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52, WBS, IMS, and POA&Ms.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
