Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks an Expert-Level Contract Program Manager (CPM) to support SE&I efforts for a government IC/DoD customer in the Washington DC metro area.

The CPM will interface with government customers, manage contract performance, and lead DE/MBSE initiatives to ensure timely deliverables and risk mitigation. This contingent role requires expert PM experience, active TS/SCI clearance, and demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple offices and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related STEM field, or equivalent expert-level PM experience.
• PMP or DAWIA Level III or equivalent certification in program management.
• Extensive NGA/IC&DOW experience and ability to engage senior government stakeholders.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience with Digital Engineering (DE) and MBSE in DoD/IC programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of all financial, staffing and administrative contract actions.
• Lead team supporting Digital Engineering, MBSE, and Digital Twin adoption with the customer.
• Serve as primary interface with government customers (COR/PM) and communicate risks and status.
• Provide program management support including cost, schedule, risk and performance management.
• Ensure contractor personnel are qualified and tasks meet deadlines.
• Establish processes to rapidly surge contract personnel when needed.
• Coordinate program management activities across customer offices and agencies.
