Job summary

Peraton is recruiting an experienced Policy and Strategy Analyst to join our team in the McLean, Virginia area. The role focuses on research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence to support ODNI's CI, Insider Threat and Security programs, with emphasis on CIS vetting processes.

The candidate will monitor trends in technologies affecting CI/Insider Threat, produce assessments on foreign intelligence and security matters, and inform the corporate CI staff of potential insider threat

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Typically requires a BA degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Familiarity with IC policies and authorities.
• Experience in cybersecurity responsibility areas listed above.
• Detail-oriented, ability to consistently provide high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and accurate.
• Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.
• Experience partnering across the IC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence to support ODNI CI, Insider Threat and Security programs for CIS.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends and vulnerabilities in evolving technologies affecting CI/Insider Threat/Security.
• Produce assessments on FIE operations, deception, information operations, counterespionage, and technology protection.
• Assess current threats based on classified and open-source information analysis.
• Inform corporate CI staff of trends with insider threat implications for ODNI.
• Support Stormbreaker PWS tasks to assist the CIS program office.
