Job summary

Amentum in Bethesda, MD seeks a Policy Analyst to support on-site government leads in developing counterintelligence policy and strategy. The role emphasizes coordination across interagency teams and conducting analytic assessments to inform national security priorities.

You will assist in preparing CI strategic assessments, review documents for congressional actions, and help identify capability gaps to link resources to strategy objectives while communicating findings across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.
• Extensive knowledge of IC missions for national security strategy.
• Strong ability to advise organizations on performance evaluation methods.
• Ability to organize and analyze incomplete data and present findings.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for cross-group collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support Government Leads in CI policy development and strategy.
• Prepare interagency CI strategic assessments to support national security policies.
• Assist with integrating, optimizing processes, and scheduling for assessments.
• Review documents for technical corrections in Congress actions and testimony.
• Assess IC intelligence capability needs and link resources to strategy.
• Conduct analyses to identify issues and trends.
