Peraton in McLean, Virginia is seeking an experienced Policy and Strategy Analyst to support ODNI's CI and Insider Threat programs. You will conduct research, analyze finished intelligence, and produce materials for CIS staff, focusing on current trends and vulnerabilities in evolving technologies.

Qualifications include an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a BA or MA with years of relevant experience, and strong IC familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of trends, issues, and policies affecting CI/Insider Threat; produce materials for CIS staff.
• Produce assessments on FIE operations, deception, information operations, counterespionage and tech transfer; investigations support and SCRM.
• Assess current threats through high-level collection and analysis of classified/open-source information.
• Inform corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI/insider threat implications.
• Support ad hoc Stormbreaker PWS duties to aid the CIS program office.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, results oriented Policy and Strategy Analyst to join our team in the McLean, Virginia area.

• Conduct research, analysis, and production of finished intelligence on a variety of different computer systems and databases to support ODNI's CI, Insider Threat and Security programs, primary support will be provided to the internal CIS vetting process.
• Actively maintain knowledge of current trends, issues, policies, vulnerabilities of current evolving Technologies that create a potential CI, InTh, or Security concern; use this knowledge to regularly produce finished materials for ODNI workforce, based on a needs assessment by the corporate CIS staff.
• Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technology protection and illicit technology transfer, investigations support, SCRM, support to research development and acquisition, and critical asset protection.
• Produce assessments of current threats and trends based on high level collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information.
• Inform the corporate CI staff of trends with potential CI and insider threat implications for the ODNI.
• As directed, support and complete other ad hoc responsibilities within the scope of Stormbreaker PWS in order to assist the CIS program office with meeting its mission, goals, and obligations.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications:- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Typically requires a BA degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Familiarity with IC policies and authorities.
• Experience in cybersecurity responsibility areas listed above.
• Detail-oriented, ability to consistently provide high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and accurate.
• Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.
• Experience partnering across the IC.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
