Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Contracts Manager to manage the full lifecycle of Task Orders under a major Federal IDIQ, enabling government agencies to adopt AWS cloud services.

You will own relationships with government contracting authorities, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR while driving revenue growth across assigned portfolios. This role requires a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and can be based in Jessup, MD; Arlington, VA; or Herndon, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• 3+ years in contracting officer/contract specialist roles.
• Knowledge of US Federal Government procurement laws (FAR/DFAR).
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle including review, negotiation, compliance and records management.
• Shape opportunities across the acquisition lifecycle and drive revenue.
• Own relationships with government contracting authorities and negotiate terms.
• Develop expertise in AWS services, government compliance and pricing.
• Architect contract solutions and pricing programs for government needs.
• Create tools and automation to improve contracting efficiency.
