Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Program Security Officer/CPSO/Security Specialist/Security Manager roles implementing personnel, industrial, and physical security disciplines
• 2+ years experience with ICDs, NISPOM, and related government regulations for classified programs
• 2+ years experience with physical security hardware, IDS, and Access Control Systems
• Current, active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program security guidance for personnel, physical, operational, information, industrial, counterintelligence, and computer security issues
• Create, implement, communicate, and manage security requirements at a government-accredited site
• Identify program and physical security requirements and develop solutions to sustain security of program execution
• Maintain security hardware and systems to meet government and AWS security requirements
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to heighten security awareness
• Share on-call rotations to support alarms, incidents, and outages
• Support multiple projects as a Program Security Officer
• Maintain facility accreditations
• Conduct security interviews and investigations for security incidents
• Improve processes through detailed, security-focused mechanisms
