Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a NatSec BD/Capture Manager to shape and deliver strategies for national security opportunities.

You will collaborate with NatSec Sales, field and partner teams to build a multi-year pipeline, craft proposals, and win cloud-related deals with AWS services including EC2, S3, and AI offerings. The role demands deep NatSec industry experience, ability to engage with executives, and hands-on capture management for large-scale contracts, typically exceeding $50M.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies such as AI/ML, analytics, databases, or storage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience shaping strategies influencing leadership decisions at the org level.
• Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year pipeline of cloud opportunities with NatSec Sales teams.
• Coordinate with field/partner sales to drive growth through capture and proposals.
• Engage with technical and business stakeholders across AWS, partners, and customers.
• Support account managers and solution architects in developing cloud-based proposals and differentiators.
• Lead or contribute to complex, multi-year capture efforts with opportunities >$50M.
