Job summary

A technology and engineering services provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a critical National Security program in Maryland. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include supporting the Command’s task management program, managing event calendars, and providing administrative support. Candidates must have strong communication and analytical skills, U.S. citizenship, and an active Top Secret/SCI with Poly security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Ability to work independently and part of a team.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical and administrative duties for task management.
• Manage event calendars and coordinate events.
• Provide administrative support to staff and leadership.
• Greet visitors and support onboarding processes.
• Foster cross-division relationships for timely task execution.
• Support Chief of Staff with project execution and reporting.
• Conduct project meetings and manage project tracking.
