Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) is seeking a Project Manager II to lead moderately complex projects and support senior program managers. The role involves working with engineers and sponsors to drive execution, cost control, and schedule adherence.

This position requires U.S. citizenship, potential DOE security clearance, and flexible on-site/hybrid work arrangements with up to 15% travel. Strong communication and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in engineering, business, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain DOE security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex projects and/or strategic business process development.
• Support Senior and Lead Program Managers and engineers for specified projects.
• Develop cost and schedule framework for projects and ensure delivery to cost and schedule.
