Job summary

Guardian Garage Floors seeks a National Sales Trainer & Coach to travel across markets, observe in-home consultations, and elevate our sales team’s performance through structured training and coaching. You will design and deploy a national curriculum, onboard new reps, and measure progress with data-driven coaching plans.

You will partner with the Chief Sales Officer to standardize training, certify reps, and ensure consistent messaging across Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, and other markets.

Qualifications

• Must have sold, trained and coached sales professionals.
• Ability to travel regularly to multiple markets.
• Ability to build training systems and provide coaching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ride-alongs and observe sales demonstrations.
• Coach existing representatives and train new hires.
• Develop targeted coaching plans using performance data.
• Lead structured training sessions and maintain curriculum.
• Document coaching activities in a shared system and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve the customer experience.
