The Opportunity

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with qualified homeowners, assess their needs, and present Guardian's premium flooring solutions. Your ability to build trust, communicate value, overcome objections, and confidently close sales will directly determine your success and earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Conduct professional, engaging in-home consultations with prospective customers, evaluate their spaces, and recommend customized flooring solutions.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations that communicate Guardian's competitive advantages, product quality, and installation expertise.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and creating confidence in their purchasing decisions.
• Consistently convert qualified appointments into sales through effective communication, objection handling, and proven closing techniques.
• Manage customer relationships, maintain timely follow-up, and leverage Guardian's digital sales tools to maximize opportunities and generate referrals.
• Meet or exceed established sales targets while representing Guardian with professionalism, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for proven closers, not order takers.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in commission-based, in-home sales, preferably within home improvement, remodeling, or another high-ticket consumer sales environment.

You are confident, persuasive, competitive, and comfortable asking for the sale. You possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

You are self-motivated, organized, accountable, and energized by ambitious performance goals. You understand that exceptional earnings come from exceptional results.

Candidates must have reliable transportation, the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, and flexibility to accommodate customer appointments, including evenings and weekends when necessary.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Expected First-Year Earnings (OTE): $90,000–$125,000+

Guardian offers an uncapped, multi-tiered commission structure designed to reward exceptional sales performance. As your performance increases, so does your earning potential.

In addition to commissions, sales representatives are eligible for monthly performance bonuses and a vehicle mileage reimbursement program for qualifying business travel.

Your income is driven by your results, with top performers having the opportunity to earn well beyond the stated range. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance.
