Job summary

Jackson Healthcare is seeking a National Education Recruiter to connect education professionals with K–12 schools nationwide. You will lead sourcing, outreach, interviews, and placement while building a trusted advisor relationship with candidates and clients.

You’ll manage pipelines via calls, texts, referrals, and networking, collaborating with sales and credentialing teams. This role blends recruiting with relationship-building in a high-energy environment that values performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or relationship-management experience.
• Education, healthcare, or staffing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment and placement process from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and successful placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with education professionals, serving as a trusted advisor throughout their career journey.
• Develop and manage an active candidate pipeline through calls, texts, referrals, networking, and outreach strategies.
• Partner closely with sales and credentialing teams to deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and clients.
• Stay engaged with professionals while on assignment to ensure satisfaction and identify future placement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activity within CRM/ATS systems.
