Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Orlando, FL is hiring a Recruiter to own the candidate search process and work directly with an on-site hiring manager. You will source, screen, and guide candidates through the interview process and onboarding, with structured paid training and a fast-moving, results-driven culture.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with strong relationship-building and communication skills. College degree is preferred but not required, veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and partners to fill roles with top talent.

• Conduct phone screens and manage interviewing from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in the ATS (Avature).
• Handle onboarding paperwork with accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
