Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Charleston, WV is hiring a Recruiting professional to own the full candidate search process and manage the interview cycle from sourcing to offer. This in-office role emphasizes urgency, strong relationship building, and coaching through a best-in-class training program.

You will source, screen, and onboard candidates, collaborating with the hiring manager and team to meet hiring goals while leveraging Avature for tracking and updates.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork and dispositioning candidates with high accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct phone‑screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
