Great American Payment Systems Inc builds people and performance with a team that has 30 years of industry experience. This full-time onsite role in Lisle, IL offers a comprehensive compensation package along with extensive support and comprehensive training to help you grow and succeed. You will be part of a work week designed for focus: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay paid weekly
• Commissions per hire and on hires sales over the first 12 months of employment

Pay range: USD 55,000 - 155,000 per year. The role is in person and full-time.

What You’ll Do

As a National Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for building our nationwide outside sales teams. This role centers on sourcing and selling candidates, supporting team growth, and bringing new ideas that improve how the team recruits and performs.

What We Need

• 3 Years Merchant Services experience REQUIRED (minimum of three years)
• 3 years of recruiting/staffing experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred is listed as well)
• Ability to source and sell candidates
• Very strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
• Enthusiastic & Outgoing personality
• Self-Motivated with a natural drive for success
• Suggestive and helpful with new ideasAbility to see potential growth and future success
• Proven track record of success and attaining challenging goals
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
• Clover Product Knowledge is a plus
