Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a recruiter to manage the full-cycle process from sourcing to offer, in-office at our Charlotte location. You will build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and partners, driving results with urgency and top-notch communication.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and partners to fill positions with top talent
• Generate high volume candidate flow through various sourcing methods
• Conduct phone screens and manage interview process from sourcing to offer
• Ensure onboarding experience is seamless for candidates
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Avature
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy

• 1+ year of successful full cycle recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
