Job summary

Pipe Restoration, Inc. is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead our Outside Business Developers and drive revenue across HOAs, property managers, REITs, HUD, and housing organizations. You will align operations, recruiting, and leadership to hit targets and manage a high-performing team.

The role requires 5+ years of sales management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of SEO and social media marketing. Expect travel nationwide and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• 5+ years of sales management experience with a team of 5 or more.
• Experience selling to HOAs, property management companies, REITs, or HUD and community housing preferred.
• Working knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.
• Strong command of the sales process and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach the outside sales team to exceed sales goals and daily/weekly objectives; recognize top performers and provide support and training for those below target
• Create HubSpot CRM accountability standards to improve reporting and pipeline visibility
• Develop relationships with HOAs, property management companies, REITs, HUD and housing organizations
• Oversee and review proposals, bid documents, presentations, and contracts for the commercial sales division
• Present company services via Lunch & Learn sessions and Board presentations
• Partner with marketing on paid ads, SEO and social strategies to generate leads
• Run EOS Level 10 meetings and report goals/sales activity
• Create quarterly/annual sales budgets and targets
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports and identify trends
• Suggest organizational/process improvements to streamline sales
• Coordinate with recruiting to hire/train new members
• Travel, including overnight, to regional markets and events nationwide
